Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy for Domestic Shipments.

The shipment will be from Germany, processed by the GLS forwarder.

Shipping costs will be charged individually, as viewer during checkout from your order. All costs will include legal taxes. 

Delivery of downloadable products:

For downloadable products (digital content, which will not be delivered on a physical data medium), no shipping costs will be charged. You can download these types of products via a link, which you receive by email.

Delivery terms:

Delivery will take place within 4/5 days. Please note that delivery is not provided on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered products with different delivery terms, we will ship the goods in a collective package, unless there are deviating agreements with you. The delivery term will be in accordance with the ordered product that has the longest delivery term.
